A ten meter long car: you call ! In three months we built a gigantic enlargement of the KIA EV6 and recreated the model down to the smallest detail. The Giant KIA EV6 has been located along the A2 in Breukelen since the end of October 2021.

The Giant KIA Picanto that we were allowed to produce in 2017 was cool, but the Giant KIA EV6 is a little cooler and more fun to make. This car is almost 10 meters long, 4 meters wide and 3 meters high, so slightly larger than the blowup Picanto. But the pleasure of making lies mainly in the design of the EV6, unlike the Picanto, a lot happens in the lines of this KIA. The details of the sporty design are more diverse and more challenging for our craftsmen to recreate lifelike.

The base of the Giant EV6 is made of EPS (styrofoam), this hard foam is milled into shape with a robot arm. The milling robot milled the KIA into seven large EPS parts, pieces of a maximum of 5 meters long and 1.5 meters high. The hard foam 3D model is then treated with several layers of glass fiber reinforced polyester. The fiberglass structure was completely sanded and then sprayed in the color 'Runway Red'. The lighting is built in in the final phase of the manufacturing process.

Blowups has placed the Giant KIA EV6 with special transport at KIA Motors Netherlands along the A2 in Breukelen.
